TULSA, Okla., NOV. 26, 2015 – The University of South Florida volleyball team (11-20, 8-11 AAC) completes the 2015 regular season at Tulsa University (14-17, 9-10 AAC) on Friday afternoon.
WHAT TO KNOW
· The Bulls are looking for a season-high third consecutive win
· USF stunned SMU, the AAC Champions, 3-1 on the road (Nov. 25)
· Senior Dakota Hampton (Orland Park, Ill.) set career-highs in kills (21) and attack percentage (.463) in the Memphis match (Nov. 22), earning her a spot on the AAC weekly Honor Roll
· Sophomore Joli Holland (Dublin, Calif.) boasts a team-best .338 hitting percentage, fourth best in the AAC
· The Bulls look to even up the all-time series with Tulsa (Golden Hurricane lead 2-1)
THE OPPONENT
Tulsa is tied for fifth in the AAC standings. The Golden Hurricane lost their last match, 3-1, at home against UCF (Nov. 25). Tulsa has alternated wins and losses over its last nine contests. Emily Bohannon has a team-high 484 kills. Ashley Hooper leads all her teammates in hitting percentage (.321) and blocks (115). Sophie Bethke runs the offense with 1248 assists. Brooke Berryhill's 589 digs anchors the defense
THE COACHES
USF is led by fourth year head coach Courtney Draper. Tulsa is guided by Ryan Willis in his second season as head coach.
HISTORY
USF is 1-2 all-time against Tulsa. The Bulls were defeated 3-1 by the Golden Hurricane at home (Oct. 16). The teams split the two meetings last season (2014).

SO...WE MEET AGAIN
In the last meeting, USF received a double-double of 20 digs and 12 kills from outside hitter Dakota Hampton. Fellow outside hitter Denise Belcher also tallied 13 kills in the loss.
LAST TIME OUT
On Wednesday, the Bulls stunned SMU, the American Athletic Conference Champions, 3-1 on the road (Nov. 25). Denise Belcher led USF with a team-high 17 kills. Dakota Hampton posted another double-double with 20 digs and 15 kills. Redshirt freshman Clara Payne (Osteen, Fla.) also set new career-highs with 13 kills and a .435 hitting percentage. The Bulls totaled four players with double-digit kills and three with 10+ assists.
SENIOR DAY SUCCESS
Prior to the Memphis match (Nov. 22), the Bulls honored three seniors - libero Wylie Devlin (Winter Park, Fla.), setter Olga Morekhodova (Key West, Fla.), and setter Natalia Soares (Porto Alegre, Brazil).The three seniors combined for 51 of the team's 58 assists and added 39 digs in the victory over the Tigers.
REACHING NEW HEIGHTS
Dakota Hampton tallied 21 kills in the team's win over Memphis (Nov. 22). She committed just two attack errors in the match for a career-best .463 hitting percentage. Hampton's career day earned her a spot on the AAC Weekly Honor Roll.
PARENTS DAY
USF held their annual tradition of Parents Day before the team's match against Cincinnati (Nov. 20). The tradition, dating back many years, brings all parents and family members of the current players to The Corral for a pre-match recognition.
A MOMENT TO REFLECT
The USF volleyball team took a respite from their Connecticut to Pennsylvania roadtrip to visit the National 9/11 Memorial (Nov. 14). The team reflected on the impactful message of the historical location and learned more about the lasting impact of strength and perseverance.

The Bulls enter the offseason and begin preparations for 2016.
