2014: Saw action in eight games and started the last three in his first season on the field…posted five tackles and one tackle for loss on the year…saw his first collegiate action at Wisconsin (9/27) and made his first start at SMU (11/15), posting a season high two tackles in that game…also made starts at Memphis and vs. UCF…recorded a tackle in four games…lettered.
TAMPA TECH HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Jayson Roberts at Tampa Tech…named a Class 7A all-state honorable mention selection…first team All-Hillsborough County…versatile athlete that played several positions…made 21 receptions for 356 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 109 yards on 13 carries as a senior…posted 23 tackles, three interceptions, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries on defense…also excelled as a special teams return man returning one kickoff for a touchdown…rated a three-star recruit by ESPN.com…ranked No. 12 on the Tampa Bay Times Home Team Top 25…caught two touchdown passes and earned MVP honors for the South Team in the Florida Athletic Coaches Association North-South All-Star Game helping lead the South team to victory…represented the United States in the International Bowl in Austin, Texas…for his career he ran for 222 yards on 29 carries, made 35 receptions for 568 yards and three touchdowns on offense and posted 46 tackles, five interceptions and 11 pass deflections on defense while scoring eight total touchdowns…a two-sport athlete who also played basketball…also had offers from Arizona, Florida State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, UCF, Louisville and Cincinnati among many.
