TAMPA, APRIL 20, 2016 – USF's Aksel Olsen has been named American Athletic Conference Men's Golf Player of the Week after his fifth-place finish at the Wolfpack Spring Intercollegiate on Sunday.

This marks the second conference player of the week honor this season for Olsen, who leads the Bulls with eight top 25 finishes in nine events. Check ouf the weekly conference notebook HERE.
Olsen heads to the postseason with a lot of confidence after shooting 5-under last weekend in his fourth top-10 performance of the season. The senior from Norway carded a career-low 64 in the second round to help USF set the program's new 18-hole record (264). USF placed second out of 17 programs in Raleigh, N.C.
