Behr attended and graduated from Jacksonville University, playing in three seasons, before transfering to USF in 2016 to pursue a graduate degree. He played in three seasons for Jacksonville, setting a school record with 27 career field goal made while scoring 168 career points. At Jacksonville, he went 27-of-41 in field goals and 87-of-90 on PAT and twice set a school record kicking four field goals in a game during the 2014 season. He is eligible to play immediately as a graduate transfer walk-on. Jacksonville does not award scholarships in football.
 
2016 (USF): Walked onto the USF program during fall camp...earned position in the two deep behind Emilio Nadelman at placekicker... Was 1-for-1 on field goal attempts in the Birmingham Bowl and 3-for-6 on the year with a long of 42....saw his first action at USF with a 48-yard field goal attempt late in the game vs. No. 22 Navy that was blocked...entered the game after Nadelman was hurt earlier in the action...kicked off once for 65 yards vs. Navy… made his first two career field goals as a Bull from 33 and 30 yards out against UCF (11/26)… played in three seasons for Jacksonville University, setting a school record with 27 career field goals made while scoring 168 career points..at Jacksonville, he went 27-of-41 in field goals and 87-of-90 on PAT and twice set a school record, kicking four field goals in a game during the 2014 season…was eligible to play immediately as a graduate transfer walk-on…Jacksonville does not award scholarships in football.

2015 (Jacksonville University): Played in all 11 games … made 14 of 23 field goals, and a perfect 41-of-41 on extra points … longest field goal was 48 yards against Morehead State … led team in scoring with 83 points … set Jacksonville record for field goals made with 27...completed his bachelor's degree in finance and transferred to USF to get a master's degree. 

2014 (Jacksonville University: Named second team All-Pioneer Football League team...played in 11 games...connected on 13 of 18 field goals...longest field goal was 50 yards against Drake...twice tied school record with four field goals in a game...connected on 46 of 49 extra points attempts...led team with 85 points...had 71 kickoffs for 4,400 yards and 31 touchbacks

2013 (Jacksonville University): Played in four games...named to Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll

2012 (Jacksonville University): Redshirted the season

 

CLAY HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter at Clay under coach Jeff Webb...team was 21-4 his last two season and won two district titles...hit on nine of 11 field goals his senior season including a 41 yarder...hit 44-yard game winner against First Coast as a junior, one of two 44-yarders that season...twice reached the state football playoffs and also won a state soccer title with the Golden Eagles. 

 

PERSONAL: Born April 5, 1993, in Orange Park, Fla....son of Kevin and Jackie...has one brother, Jason, and one sister, Lauren...earned bachelor's degree in finance at Jacksonville University....pursuing a graduate degree in entrepreneurship in applied technology at USF.
