Tiffany Burbridge was hired as Assistant Director of Compliance at the University of South Florida in 2009 after spending the previous four years as Director of Compliance at Bradley University in Peoria, Ill.

At USF, Burbridge facilitates admission and NCAA Eligibility Center status for prospective student-athletes. In addition she serves as the department's liaison with the USF Admissions and Registrar's office.

While at Bradley Burbridge managed and recorded daily activities of coaches (phone logs, weekly practice logs, contact and evaluations). She also monitored the NCAA for new legislation and interpretations, and prepared and conducted rules education and review for staff.
 
A Cincinnati, Ohio, native, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Cincinnati in 1998, where she was an assistant to the Athletic Academic Coordinator as an undergraduate student and went on to earn her master's degree in sport administration from Belmont University.

After a five-year venture into the private sector, she returned to athletics in 2003, joining the athletics staff at Vanderbilt as the CHAMPS/Life Skills Intern. Burbridge also served as a compliance assistant during her time in Nashville, Tenn., helping coordinate the Commodores compliance efforts.

She later went on to work for the National Football Foundation's Play It Smart program as an academic coach, covering the Missouri and Illinois areas during the 2004-05 school year. Burbridge provided guidance and career counseling to student-athletes, while also monitoring their academic progress.
