Yuriy Chulskiy was hired in July 2010 as an Assistant Football Athletic Trainer with the University of South Florida Sports Medicine Department. Chulskiy came to USF from the Cleveland Browns, where he was a Seasonal Assistant Athletic Trainer.

His previous experience also includes working for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as well as the Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers.

Chulskiy attained his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at Slippery Rock University and earned his graduate degree at the University of Arkansas. While with the Razorbacks, he was a graduate assistant for the football and men's tennis teams.
