Patterson Rewarded for Solid Senior Season

TAMPA - Taylor Patterson has picked up another honor for her solid senior season.

The USF midfielder has been named to the NCAA Division I All-Northeast Region Third Team after totaling five assists and helping the Bulls post 10 shutouts on the way to making the Big East semifinals. The Edmonton, Alberta native previously was honored on the All-Big East First Team.

"Taylor had a terrific year at a brand new position and we are very proud of her," head coach Denise Schilte-Brown said. "She is a tremendous athlete and gifted soccer player, and we will miss her greatly next season. Taylor has an exciting future ahead of her in soccer and we are honored to have been part of her development."
