ARENA POLICIES
Admission Policy
For all ticketed events, patrons must have a valid ticket for admittance. All children 2 years old or older must have a ticket to enter. All patrons must retain there ticket stub for access to seating sections. All patrons entering the facility must be respectful of the building, staff, and other patrons. Failure to follow the rules, will result in an ejection from the building.
Bag Search Policy/ Prohibited Items Policy
Safety is our number one priority. Each patron attempting to enter the building carrying any type of bag will be searched. In order to avoid delays at the entrances, please leave all prohibited items at home. Examples of prohibited items include (but are not limited to) clothing chains, outside food and drinks, noise makers, etc....
Alcohol Policy
For your enjoyment, alcoholic products are sold during most events. A valid ID will be asked for when making all purchases. At any time, we reserve the right to deny sales to anyone who appears to be heavily intoxicated. Alcohol sales cutoff times vary based on the type of event however, sales are generally cut off 1 hour to 1-1/2 before the end of an event. Note: All patrons who arrive heavily intoxicated will not be allowed into the event.
Bottles and Containers
For the safety of all patrons, no glass bottles or containers are given out during an event. Most beverages are served in a recyclable cup.
Camera and Video Policy
Still photography and video taping will only be allowed at the request of the event promoter. Please contact the administrative offices the day of the event for detailed information concerning camera use for the event.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed for each event. The smoking area is located on the patio area of entry 2 which can be accessed from the inside of the building. Anyone who leaves the building in an area other than the designated smoking area, will not be allowed to re-enter the facility without a new ticket. Re-entry is not allowed!!
TICKET POLICIES
Cancelled and Postponed Events
An event cancellation is rare, but in the event that it does occur, please return to the point of purchase for refund options. If the tickets were purchased through the Sun Dome ticket office, please contact them at (813) 974-3002. If the tickets were purchased elsewhere, again, please contact them for assistance.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is not allowed for any ticketed event. If a patron leaves the building, they will be required to purchase another ticket if available to re-enter.
Will Call Information
If tickets are left at the ticket office for a patron to pick them up, they are available at Will Call. The person picking them up must be the person they were left for and must present a valid ID or the tickets will not be released. Will Call is located at entry 3 of the Sun Dome.
Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Tickets
If a patron has lost their tickets, reported them stolen, or destroyed the tickets, new tickets may be re-issued if the original tickets were purchased with a credit card. You must contact the site where you purchased the tickets for assistance. Note: Once a ticket has been reported lost or stolen, access with those same (reported ) tickets will be denied at the entrance.
Age/ Children
All children under the age of two may enter the facility free of charge providing the child can share the seat with a parent. Anyone two years old or above must have a ticket to enter.

How may I purchase tickets for an event?
The ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call the ticket office at (813) 974-3002 to verify Saturday hours before visiting. The Sun Dome Ticket Office accepts Visa, American Express, Master Card and cash for Sun Dome and USF Athletic Events only. If you wish to purchase tickets to an event, you may do so through the Sun Dome Ticket Office, online at ticketmaster.com, charge by phone at (813) 287- 8844, or at any other Florida Ticketmaster outlet.

What do I do if I have lost my tickets?
If you have lost your tickets or reported them stolen, please return to the point of purchase for assistance. If the tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster, please contact Ticketmaster customer service at 850-434-7444.
Can I have a refund or exchange my tickets?
Refunds for most postponed or canceled events are available at point of purchase.
Is re-entry permitted?
Re-entry is not permitted for any ticketed event. All exits are final.
Where do I buy backstage passes?
Backstage passes are not available for purchase at anytime.
What does General Admission seating mean?
General admission seating means you are allowed to sit anywhere within the general admission seating area on a first come first serve basis. Under no circumstance are you allowed to save seats for guests that are not immediately present.
Are there accommodations for a disabled patron?
*Parking: There are disabed parking spaces located on the North side of the building in lot 6 near entry 1. There is also an elevator in the lobby of entry 1 if needed.
*Seating: Disabled seating is located throughout the arena. There are seats on the main concourse level as well as seats on the upper level. For all ticketed events, disabled seats are for purchase only. For any non ticketed events, those seats are on a first come first serve basis. Unfortunatley, to be fair to everyone, saving seats will not be allowed. When purchasing tickets, please inform the ticket office of your need to sit in a disabled seat. If you are injured after you have already purchased tickets, please contact the point of purchase so we can accomodate you to the best of our abilities.
How early can I enter for an event?
Generally, entrance is allowed into the building an hour to an hour and half prior to an event.
Where should I sit if my child is in a stroller?
We do not encourage the use of strollers during an event however, we understand the need for them. Strollers that can be folded and placed under your seat are preferred, but if they cannot be folded patrons may leave them on the side of the bleachers at the patron’s own risk.
Where can I park for an event?
Parking is available in various lots around the Sun Dome including disabled parking. The parking fee for most events is $10. Oversized vehicles will be charged per space used.
How do I get to the Sun Dome?

Are cameras/ recording devices permitted?
Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the building for most events. For further information on event day, please call the Sun Dome at 813-974-3111.
Are signs allowed in the building?
Signs are allowed however, the sign must not be offensive in any manner or oversized. The Sun Dome reserves the right to deny use of any sign at any time if it contributes to less enjoyment of another patron.
Can I bring food and beverages inside with me?
Outside food and drink are not allowed within the Sun Dome.
Where are the restrooms and concession stands located?
Concession stands are located in each lobby and in select areas within the arena’s interior. Restrooms are also located at all four corners of the arena.
Where are the ATM’s located?
There is an ATM located outside the building at entry 3 as well as in the lobbies at entries 1,3, and 4.
Is there a lost and found?
Lost and found is located at entry 3 downstairs inside the main offices. See any staff member for assistance. You can also call the main office at 813-974-3111.
Where is the elevator located?
The elevator is located inside of entry 1 lobby which is on the Northwest side of the building.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is allowed on entry 2 Patio Deck. Access to this patio can be reached from the inside of the arena.
