Aristil Finishes 19th in at U.S. Championships

EUGENE, Ore. - After finishing fourth at the NCAA Championships two weeks ago, junior David Aristil finished off his 2011 campaign at the U.S. Championships on Friday. Aristil clocked a 52.04 in the first round of the senior national championship to finish 19th overall.

In other action, freshman Rachael Klinger finished up the junior heptathlon with 4,247 points to place 17th. She opened Friday's competition by finishing sixth in the long jump with a mark of 17-9.50 to score 677 points. After posting a 76-6 in the javelin, Klinger clocked a 2:47.99 in the 800 meters to finish off the seven events.

The Bulls will finish up competition at the U.S. Championships on Saturday when Marqueshia Stallworth competes in the junior triple jump at 7:40 p.m. EST. To follow the action live, visit
