Bulls Dominate Denver in 7-0 Win

TAMPA - The USF women's tennis team was perfect against University of Denver on Wednesday at the USF Varsity Courts.

The No. 34 Bulls beat the Pioneers, 7-0, after getting the doubles point by winning all three matches, 8-3, 8-3, and 8-6.

Continuing to dominate, the Bulls won every set in singles play, with each of the matches only going to two sets in USF's fifth straight victory.

Fanny Fracassi won her 10th match in a row, 6-4, 6-2, while freshman Lucie Rey got the clinching point for USF, winning 6-1, 6-1.

"We came out to a tough team and won every single match, doubles and singles, and I'm really happy," said head coach Agustin Moreno.

The Bulls will be back at home to face Virginia Commonwealth University on April 4 at the USF Varsity Courts.
