TAMPA - Another productive Sunday for Stephen Nicholas has the former USF linebacker on pace to reach 100 total tackles this season.
The sixth-year pro's nine stops in Atlanta's 30-20 loss to Carolina brought his tackle total up to 81 with three more regular season games to go. Nicholas would have to average a little more than six tackles against the Giants, Lions and Buccaneers to reach the mark for the first time in his professional career.
Nicholas played for the Bulls from 2004-06 and posted a career-high 94 tackles in his debut season with USF.
Here is a look at how other former Bulls fared in Week 14 of the NFL season:
Nate Allen, Philadelphia, S: Posted seven tackles in the Eagles' 23-21 victory at Tampa Bay. Season stats - 68 tackles, three pass breakups.
Mike Jenkins, Dallas, DB: Registered two tackles in the Cowboys' 20-19 win at Cincinnati. Season stats - seven tackles, two pass breakups.
Terrell McClain, Houston, DT: Was inactive for the Texans' 42-14 loss to the New England Patriots.
Tyrone McKenzie, Minnesota, LB: Made one tackle in the Vikings' 21-14 victory over the Chicago Bears. Season stats - 10 tackles, two forced fumbles.
Jerome Murphy, Washington, CB: Played but did not record a tackle in the Redskins' 31-28 overtime win over Baltimore. Season stats - four tackles.
Jason Pierre-Paul, N.Y. Giants, DE: Totaled six tackles in the Giants' 52-27 rout of New Orleans. Season stats - 55 tackles, seven sacks, one forced fumble, a fumble recovery, five pass breakups and one interception for a touchdown.
Mistral Raymond, Minnesota, S: Made one tackle in the Vikings' 21-14 win over Chicago. Season stats - nine tackles, one pass breakup.
George Selvie, Jacksonville, DE: Did not play in the Jaguars' 17-10 loss to the New York Jets while recovering from a concussion. Season stats - 11 tackles, one sack.
Jacquian Williams, N.Y. Giants, LB: Returned to the lineup for the first time since Oct. 14 to post five tackles in the Giants' 52-27 win over the Saints. Season stats - 20 tackles, one sack and two pass breakups.
