TAMPA - The University of South Florida received its 2013 BIG EAST football opponents from the league office on Tuesday, finalizing its home and road schedule for the upcoming season. USF will welcome traditional BIG EAST foes Louisville and Cincinnati to Raymond James Stadium, while also hosting league newcomers Memphis and SMU. The Bulls will play league road games at UCF, UConn, Houston and Rutgers. The dates for the BIG EAST contests will be released in mid-February.
Along with the BIG EAST opponents, the Bulls have four non-conference opponents scheduled. USF will open the season with McNeese St., followed by a trip to East Lansing, Mich. to take on Michigan St. The Bulls will return home to host FAU and will finish off non-conference play with Miami (Fla.) at Raymond James Stadium.
