TAMPA - The Bulls want to keep things rolling in their regular season finale 4 p.m. Saturday at Cincinnati.

USF defeated UConn, 65-51, on Wednesday night at the Sun Dome and shoots for its third straight victory heading into the Big East tournament.

"We just want to go up to Cincinnati to get another big one because you never know what can happen in the Big East tournament," point guard Anthony Collins said.

The Bulls have averaged 74 points and shot 50 percent from the field during their winning streak. Scoring lead Victor Rudd (12.0 ppg) has averaged 16.5 points during the stretch and three other USF players also have been in double figures.

"We're continuing to get better and we're building momentum down the stretch," head coach Stan Heath said.

The Bearcats (20-10, 8-9) have lost four of their past five games but they've beaten the Bulls 10 straight times in Cincinnati. Sean Kilpatrick (17.5 ppg) ranks fourth in the Big East in scoring while Cashmere Wright (12.7 ppg) and JaQuon Parker (11.0 ppg) also have remained in double figures. Cincinnati is 12-5 at home this season.

The Bulls will face Seton Hall in the first round of the Big East Championship at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
