TAMPA – The Bulls look to stay perfect in Big East play when they face DePaul 11 a.m. Sunday at the USF Varsity Courts.
No. 57 USF defeated Marquette, 6-1, last Saturday in Tampa to improve to 5-0 against conference opponents this season. The teams of Katie Vasenina and Loreto Alonso-Martinez, and Fanny Fracassi and Paula Montoya set the tone by clinching the doubles point. Each of USF’s doubles players won in singles while Alessandra Bonte produced a straight-set win of her own.
USF is currently 6-2 on its home stand that will conclude the regular season. The Bulls’ regular season finale is Sunday, April 14 against Big East rival Notre Dame. Admission is free at the USF Varsity Courts.
