Freshman Autrique Continues to Step Up for Bulls

TAMPA – Freshman Nicole Autrique continued to lead the way in USF’s 12th place finish at the Diane Thomason Invitational on Sunday in Iowa City.
Autrique has led the Bulls in each of their three events of the fall and tied for 31st place at 18 over. The Mexico native saved her best round of the tournament for last with a 4-over 76 after going even par on the back nine at Finkbline Golf Course.
Junior Erin Selfridge finished in a tie for 56th at 23 over, while freshman Ashley Burke placed in a tie for 60th at 25 over. Senior Michelle Pilo finished in 70th place at 35 over in her first event in the lineup this season.
The Bulls will finish up their fall at the Edwin Watts/Palmetto Intercollegiate Oct. 27-29 in Kiawah Island, S.C.
