Four Bulls Earn American All-Conference Honors

TAMPA – USF was well represented at the American Athletic Conference postseason awards banquet Thursday night at the Renaissance Hotel in Orlando.

Sophomore keeper Christiane Endler, Demi Stokes and Cristin Granados received American Second-Team All-Conference honors while Leticia Skeete made The American All-Rookie Team.

Endler has posted five shutouts this season while ranking third in The American in saves (80) and save percentage (.792), and fourth in goals against average (1.11).

Stokes finished the regular season tied for the team lead with 11 points in conference play (four goals, three assists). The junior forward from England ranks third on the team in goals (6) and points (17).

Granados is currently tied for the team lead with five goals in conference play and has scored six goals in 17 games. The junior midfielder from Costa Rica also ranks fourth on the team with 12 points.

Skeete, a defender from Canada, has registered five shots in 17 games while helping USF post seven shutouts. The Bulls rank third in The American in goals against average (1.03) heading into Friday’s conference semifinal matchup with top-seeded UCF in Orlando. The newest installment of the in-state rivalry is set for 5 p.m. at the UCF Soccer Complex.
