Ticket Purchasing Options
BY PHONE: To order individual tickets by telephone call Ticketmaster at (813) 287-8844. 
       Group and season tickets, please call: 1-800-GO-BULLS
ONLINE: Tickets to USF athletic events can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com
IN PERSON: Tickets may be purchased at the USF Ticket Office located in Entry 3 of the Sun Dome. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are also available at all Florida Ticketmaster locations.

Refund Policy
The University of South Florida has a no-refund or exchange policy on all tickets sold to its athletic events. 

On occasion, publicized game times or dates will change due to television coverage or other circumstances.  Refunds will not be considered due to a change in game time or date.

This guideline applies for all tickets purchased to USF Athletics events through the University of South Florida and through Ticketmaster.

Take IH-275 South toward Tampa, FL. Exit 51 Fowler Ave. Turn left onto Fowler Ave. Continue on Fowler and turn left onto Bull Run.  The ticket office is located at Entry 3 of the Sun Dome.  Visitor parking spots are located in lot 22F.

From I-275 South (St. Petersburg)
Take IH-275 North toward Tampa, FL. Exit 51 Fowler Ave. and continue right onto Fowler Ave. Aquarena Springs Drive and take left. . Continue on Fowler and turn left onto Bull Run.  The ticket office is located at Entry 3 of the Sun Dome.  Visitor parking spots are located in lot 22F.

From I-75 North
Take IH-75 South toward Tampa, FL. Exit 265 Fowler Ave. Turn right onto Fowler Ave. Continue on Fowler and turn right onto Bull Run.  The ticket office is located at Entry 3 of the Sun Dome.  Visitor parking spots are located in lot 22F.

From I-75 South
Take IH-75 North toward Tampa, FL. Exit 265 Fowler Ave. and go left onto Fowler Ave.  Continue on Fowler and turn left onto Bull Run.  The ticket office is located at Entry 3 of the Sun Dome.  Visitor parking spots are located in lot 22F.
