TAMPA - Former USF standout Fernando Gonzalez is squares off against Spain today at 4:30 p.m. on ESPN3.
Gonzalez, who is with the Puerto Rican National Team, will see time in the worldwide spotlight in a friendly match Wednesday.
"This is an excellent opportunity for one of our former players to square off against one of the top teams in the world," head coach George Kiefer said. "We wish Fernando the best, and look forward to watching him play."
