2010
Outdoor
• Member of the 4x100 relay that placed third at the BIG EAST Championships (5/2) in a school record 40.75
• Earned All-BIG EAST honors for that effort
• Qualified for the final in the 100 meters at BIG EAST after running 10.77, but withdrew due to injury suffered in the 4x100 relay
• Also qualified for the Championships in the 200 meters
• Posted a time of 22.05 in the 200 at the Spike's Classic (4/3) and also ran in the 4x100 relay that went 41.28
• Had the third-fastest time ever at USF in the 100 meters at 10.53 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19)
• Ran the first leg of the 4x100 relay that just missed the school record with a time of 40.89 at the USF Open (3/5)
Indoor
• Named the BIG EAST Male Track Athlete of the Week Jan. 19 after posting the fastest time in the conference in the 60 meters
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 60 meters
• Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 60 by placing third at the Championships (2/21) in the finals in 6.80
• Ran a time of 6.79 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 5), placing fourth in the finals
• Posted a conference qualifying time of 6.77 in the 60 meters at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15) to finish first overall
• Mark stood as the best time in the BIG EAST for several weeks

Hillsborough High School
• Earned four varsity letters in track and four in football at Hillsborough HS
• Was Regional champion in the 100, 200 and 400 as a senior
• Competed at the state championships senior year but had to withdraw due to injury
• Also won the regional championship in the 100, 200 and 4x100 in his junior season
• Was a 2008 All-American
• Tore his ACL and MCL sophomore year
• Came back to lead the football team in rushing and posted PRs in the 100 and 200 as a junior
• Member of the Honor Roll

Personal
• Son of Lindsey Lamar, Sr. and Alicia Lamar
• Has two brothers and three sisters
• Cousin and USF signee, Terrence Mitchell, is a standout high school football and track athlete at Hillsborough HS and won the state long jump title in 2010
• Enjoys sleeping, relaxing and going to the beach
• Majoring in criminology
