2015 (Senior): Appeared in all 61 games at shortstop during the 2015 season…named to the 2015 NCAA Gainesville Regional All-Tournament Team…hit .301 on the year with eight doubles and six triples…led the team with a .419 on-base percentage and 44 walks…Had 14 stolen bases on the year…recorded the Bulls’ only five-hit game of the season in a 5-for-6 performance at UCF (5/3)…was the first player since Jeff Baisley in 2003 to hit two triples in a game (FAU, 5/29)…recorded a 21-game on-base streak that spanned from February 14 to March 18…ended the year on a 12-game on base streak.
2014 (Junior): Only player to play in and start all 58 games for USF…Second Team All-American Athletic Conference…Named to the American Athletic Conference Championship All-Tournament Team…Named to The American Weekly Honor Roll on April 14 after going 6-for-10 with five runs, two RBIs and five walks in three-game series with Temple…Led the conference and ranked 18th nationally with a .479 on-base percentage, which is the best single-season mark in USF history…Was second in the conference with a .354 batting average…Finished third in the conference and 27th nationally with 42 walks…Racked up 23 multi-hit performances including five three-hit games…Tied for second on team with 22 RBIs from the leadoff spot…Reached base safely in final 18 games of the year and is currently on a five-game hitting streak.
2013 (Sophomore): Was named to the All-Big East Third Team...Started in the all 58 games for the Bulls reaching base in all but a handful…Between the Bulls 6-4 win over UCF on Feb. 26th and their 12-1 loss to Florida on April 23rd, he reached base in 34 consecutive games, including a 13-game hit streak that started against UCF and ended in the Bulls 11-4 win over FAMU where he drew a walk to extend his on base streak. He has been a productive lead-off man ending the season leading the team in currently leads the team in runs score (57) and walks (40)…Went 2-for-4 with a homerun, 2 runs and 4 RBI in the Bulls 9-3 win over UCF. In the Bulls 5-4 (13) win over St. John’s, Teaf came through with a walk-off single to secure the game and the series win. In the Bulls Friday 19-inning marathon 8-2 win over Notre Dame, Teaf hit a two out single and scored the tying run in the 9th inning leading to extra-inning. Teaf also scored the go-ahead run after reaching base on a throwing error by the catcher. On the season, he has had 15 multiple hit games and 4 games with multiple RBI. Teaf is 4-for-14 in extra innings with 3 runs and two RBI.
2012 (Freshman): Saw action in 59 games with 53 starts in his first season with the Bulls with most coming at shortstop…Had several multi-hit games including going 2-for-2 with 2 runs in the Bulls' 5-1 win over then no. 22 Louisville…He also went 3-for-3 with 2 runs in USF's 9-3 win over Lafayette and a 3-for-3 day in the Bulls' 3-2 win over UConn.
High School: Earned four varsity letters in baseball at Trinity Catholic High School where he was coached by Tommy Bond...member of all-state team his sophomore and senior seasons...captain of team junior and senior year...batted .476 his senior season...member of the Orlando Scorpions AAU team.
