College Sports Madness has chosen its 2012 women's soccer preseason all-conference teams and two Bulls have landed spots on the Big East roster.
Forward Demi Stokes was named to the Big East's first time, while midfielder Cara Patterson earned second-team recognition.
Stokes, a junior, also has been named to the All-Big East Preseason Team after having a solid USF debut in 2011. The South Shields, England native tied for the team lead in goals (4) and led USF in points (12) despite missing some game action with an injury.
Patterson, a sophomore, played in 10 games (one start) last season and tallied one goal as a true freshman.
