TAMPA - USF cross country recently earned U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic honors twice.
The USF men's squad posted a 3.39 grade point average last semester, while women's team wasn't far behind at 3.33.
Teams had to have a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or better and have started at least five runners at their respective NCAA regional championship to be considered for the award.
Senior Allie Prendergast was one of 104 student-athletes from around the country to make the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.
