The media likes USF's chances in the Big East heading into the season.
The Bulls were picked to finish second in the league in the conference's annual preseason media poll after receiving four first-place votes and a total of 176 points. Louisville is the favorite to win the conference after receiving 24 first-place votes and a total of 219 points.
Rutgers took third in the poll followed by Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Connecticut, Syracuse and Temple.
