TAMPA - USF fans had a chance to catch a Major League Baseball game at a discounted price and show off some school spirit in the process.
The fifth annual USF Night With the Rays took place on Saturday night as the Tampa Bay Rays hosted the Baltimore Orioles at Tropicana Field. The game started off in USF fashion when former Bulls defensive back Anthony Henry threw out the first pitch. Henry was a part of USF's first football team and went on to play nine seasons in the NFL before becoming a part of the USF Athletics Hall of Fame.
Unfortunately, the Rays fell to the Orioles, 4-0, but Bulls fans had an opportunity to gather and enjoy a wonderful evening thanks to our friends in the Bay.
